My week is finally over I was terrible sick all week yesterday was the worse but things are now getting better I did not miss any work over it but Friday I was close to calling off but went in at 7:00 instead and I made it through the day.

It is 11 degrees out right now I got a good healthy fire going on and feel pretty good I am taking the next 2 days off looking forward to that will miss the overtime money but I am wearing myself down need to recharge I guess do not want to get sick like that again.

I have 73 days now on my quit that is still going good even with being sick I had no desire to smoke feel pretty good about this quit and am feeling much better so glad I can pull it off am enjoying being a non smoker even guys at work smoking around me do not bother me too much.
