No truck yet, i went down to Cochran Ford where the insurance company told me to get repairs done, and there was my truck sitting outside done, i went inside and asked why they have not called me to pick it up she said it is not done need to go in for detail and quality control she said they will let me know when it is done, so finally at 3:30 they text me they are finished and wanted to know if i want the recall done since it is there it will take an hour but will more then likely be ready for pickup Tuesday i said ok might as well while it is there now here it is Tuesday i sent text asking when i can pick it up and of course i get a response from AI that my truck is in detail and quality control WTF that was yesterday i said you told me it was done there and on its way for recall they AI said they will be in touch when it is ready for pickup so they are holding my truck hostage so i need to pay another full day for rental i think they are getting a kick back from Enterprise so they are making me wait more days for my truck and the cost of rental is adding up i hope i never have to deal with Cochran Ford again you can‘t call and talk to a person you just keep getting connected to AI who just blows you off i am so frustrated right now i wish i would have told them forget the recall yesterday and just went and got the damn thing
