My babies, Magic (boy) and Millie (girl) have their moments of sibling rivalry like human children. It amazes me how Millie can stand Magic’s overbearing behavior at times as she can defend. for herself with a hiss and run away to find safety under the couch in the living room as Magic follows most of the time. That’s my baby girl! I am very proud of her.
As far as Magic is concerned, he will always be my baby boy while Millie is my baby girl no matter how old my cats get. They’re my babies. I love them equally and never one more than the other even though Millie is skittish or not. Again, they’re my babies, my children with fur. Anyway, Magic will lay with her for a few minutes when strangers come by or men visitors. Magic dislikes our maintenance workers coming into the apartment to fix anything. When Magic hides from someome, I know that someone cannot be trusted. The maintenance man Dan will come into my place when I am not here even though we have told the office it is NOT okay to do so when we are not here because of the cats, Magic is the main cat I have to observe the people coming and going from my place. Millie being a skittish cat from the beginning, I cannot observe the people around me that well.
