It is not everyday, but now I am getting the chance to pet Millie without her running away while she was 👀 looking out the bedroom window at the neighbors by the bus shelter having a smoke or two. Yeah, we have smokers in the front of the building when in reality the smoking section is in the back of the building by Pease Court street. Some neighbors spoke in the shelter when you are not supposed to smoke. Some people DO NOT care.
