Welcome to Magic’s and Millie’s diary. Their stories and ramblings about them will be here. Magic is 4 and I adopted him October 6, 2020, 4 days after Bing age 15 passed awat from hyperthyroidism and kidney failure. I understand that getting ano cat so soon is probably frowned about, but I suffer from anxiety and depression and while I knew Bing was ill, I knew for 3 months, and I was doing my grieving when I noticed Bing was losing weight and very fast. The day I put him down was the saddest day for me that my best friend Julie took him inside and I said my goodbyes in the vehicle and cried. Seeing an aberration of Bing twice after that, I had asked him if it was okay to adopted a black kitty from the humane society, and he looked at me and nodded yes and disappeared. So Magic was met on Sunday, October 4, 2020, and picked up on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Millie is now 1 year old and was adopted on December 9, 2023 and brought home by my two caregivers who wanted Magic to have a playmate, who went to the humane society to get to know kittens. Oh my goodness gracious, a second cat in the household, and now I have two at a time.
Oh my, i have to admit thst having two babies at once can be fun, challenging, scary, and interesting. Why did I say scary? The attitude of two cats are different and when they chase and play together sibling rivalry occurs every once in a while. Millie 3 years younger that Magic was a small kitten for a few months, but by July, her 1st birthday, she has grown. In size, Magic is longer and bigger because he is a boy and Millie is my girl kitty, and she is getting longer.
