FOG AND HIGH ALERT

North Of Italy, 10:15 PM

This morning there was fog. 🌫️

I find it a bit strange to see fog at the beginning of March, but we are in the Po Valley, so maybe it’s not that strange after all.

I love fog in any season, it relaxes me a lot.

I took a photo 📸 with my smartphone and shared it online.

I like sharing little glimpses of everyday life with people, it gives me a very special feeling of interconnection.

During the day I had a terrible stomachache again 😰, especially in the morning.

I was at work and had to grit my teeth 🤐 because I didn’t want to scare my colleagues, who probably would have called an ambulance. 🚑

I started sweating profusely, to the point that it was as if I had just stepped out of the shower. 🚿

I don’t think they noticed anything.

Luckily the pain was intermittent and I managed to get through the whole morning at work.

In the afternoon I was supposed to have my last meeting with my psychologist before a long break, but I didn’t feel able to go.

However, we still managed to see each other through a video call, and from that moment on I started to feel better.

Even though we won’t see each other for quite some time because of her professional commitments, we will still keep each other updated in various ways.

Toward evening the pain calmed down, so tonight I should be able to breathe.

Still, I remain shaken and on alert.
