I have to admit that the first 15 minutes of my appointment I was having difficulty logging into my tele-health appointment, so I called my counselor’s office receptionist to let them know I was having a little difficulty logging in and when I was finally logged in, I called back to tell them I am okay now, and my counselor came on. Such a pain electronics give us once in a while. Ugh! Anyway…

What Did We Talk About?

We talked about how happy I have been from July 1, 2025 an d that I left MercyHealth Dialysis and now go to Fresenius Kidney Care Clinic in the Creston Park Mall. Deb J had me elaborate more on why I left MercyHealth Dialysis and move to SSM Health’s Fresenius. I gave her the rundown on MercyHealth Dialysis has lost my trust and that I can now only trust Mercy Options and the radiology department of MercyHealth now, and what has made me happy again. 

It was a good session after I got logged onto the tele-health. Although I lost the first 15 mins of the appointment having difficulty logging on, I was able to see my counselor today for the first time in 3 to 4 months!
