Survivor
Sun Sep 28 2003

I finally watched the entire episode of Survivor tonight. OK, anyone who thinks Butt-Crack Boy should've been voted off... raise your hands.

Wow, there's a lot of you out there.

I have to question the team's decision to vote off someone who is willing to be a member of the team, with a good attitude and less physical capabilities. Why would you want to keep someone who may have the physical capabilities, but not the willingness to use them? Why would you want to keep someone who whines all the time and has essentially given up?

I realize we are only seeing an hour representation of three days, and there is a LOT that is not seen. But from what they show, I think the Morgan team shot themselves in the foot with their recent choice.

Meanwhile... I seriously think Rupert was a Pirate in a previous life. Despite his little temper tantrum over the spear incident (which was remedied), he remains my favorite character. I'm also partial to Sandra, the Spanish speaking woman. That could be due to the fact that she is a member of my community though. So I will continue root for both Rupert, and for the local favorite Sandra.

I also thought it was very cruel of everone who wrote " Skinny Ryan". I think it must have hurt him very much. He will be scared by being picked on for his body on national television. True he was the weakest member, but he was very nice, and loyal. I can't wait until they get rid of that jerk who dose not even want to be there. What a baby. The women are stronger then he is mentally.

Yup, Zelazny's Amber series. AQuietEvening was looking for recommendations of good fantasy reads, and I've always loved that set of books.

Of course, it that perception of mine is certainly helped by the fact that I consider Corwin to be one of the sexiest characters from any fictional novel ever.
