You know I need a lil fun in my life.
Continous work, mommy. No going out. I was driving to get the kids tonight, ordered a Cajun Chicken Salad to go from one of my fave restaraunts. I drove thru the dark and wished I were at home showering getting all prettied up to go and have dinner with someone. But instead I rush in and grab my bag to go. How i miss sitting down and enjoying food and convo :::Sniffles:::
Why is it so hard to even find good girlfriends anymore either? I have friends but none that I can just buddy up with, like the kind I had before I got married. :(
Just happens when you grow up eh? Women loose there carefreeness?
So it seems its always easier to find men to do that sorta stuff with, but that doesnt help my situation either.
So once again Im at home.
I signed on the messenger tonight on my old AOL screen name, Im just on the messenger and still have my long time chat room name. The buddy list was bare. Few minutes later I get a message. You know, some men are just idiots, the way they talk to women, bleh. As if Id be impressed with such words?

I came home to 3 Christmas Cards today. I got one I didnt recognize. I stared at it, and opened it, Its from my AUNT! This aunt has NEVER sent me a card. NEVER. Its my Moms younger sister.
She has kinda been in her own world. So it was kinda shocking to get a card after all this time, better late then never right?
I also got one from my girlfriend I used to hang with and babysit her daughter when my oldest was a toddler. I really liked her. She moved to San Diego, The H and I went and visited her and her family twice, then we just stopped making much contact. Thats when the marriage stuff started to happen.
She now has 4 kids! We had our first ones at the same time. I stopped at 2 , so shes had 4 in the past 7 yrs, busy Mommy! Shes homeschooling also, and working running her husbands business, the paperwork end and all.
I also got a card from Jen (thank you!) I didnt recognize it with her new last name! :)
Other then that I went to the DMV, got my new tags! YAY! It got really cold here today and we had some brief hail. Didnt last long, Right now the wind is howling outside my window, brrrrr
I went to the gym, it was empty, no women. About 8 guys. And my chat buddy was there. He came and offered some assitance again today to make sure I was using the correct form and all. We talked about work today, he was in the service but now is in electronics. We were just talking about having jobs that you enjoy, how its hard to work a job you dont like.
He talks about his daughters, they are close to my age, and how he had to go Christmas shopping tonight for them, how he said he will have an email at home of all the clothes they have picked out. And how it will cost him too much money. Im like "Dang, Dad" I cant imagine handing my Dad a list and saying "Buy me this" just not the way I was brought up. My Dad pretty much resorts to Sears gift certificates for me anymore. Mom usually picks me out some craft type thing or something to decorate the house, a little wall hanging or nic nac.
Well guess Ill shush for now, nothing more to say, just sitting home on a friday nite in my sweats.
