OK, I started getting restless. Hubby and I had separated all the kids in the 4th inning, but that didn’t stop the two kids who belonged to someone else in front of us. Have you seen that SunnyD commercial with the two kids at the beach? The situation… a brother and sister at the beach with their parents. The sister desperately trying to ignore the brother as he hovers his finger just over her skin and taunts “I’m NOT touching you!!!” Well, those two were sitting in front of us at the game. I’m not sure where their parents were, I think they may have dropped the kids off at the game then headed for Mexico with all possible speed.
I think it was when #2 started complaining of boredom so every now and then I would turn my head, stare at him and emit a high pitched NEEP! then quickly turn my head away, that Hubby decided to pack it in for the evening.
Hey, I was just trying to keep #2 from being bored! OK, OK, I was trying not-so-subtle hints to Hubby in an obnoxious manner to indicate I was ready to go home. It worked!
Not much more tonight. I’m tired and ready to sleep. And it’s not even midnight yet! Cool!
