Sleep is hiding from me again. I've just downed a melatonin in the hopes of finding it soon.
I shouldn't be surprised that I'm having problems falling asleep. After the handfuls of antihistamines I took this morning, it knocked me out for a 3 hour nap in the afternoon. Boy did that feel good though!
I'm starting to think that I just need to remember to take a melatonin in the early evening every night for a few months until my body gets readjusted to a normal sleeping pattern.
Oh well, time to go see if my sleep is hiding under my pillow.
