Waking to disappointment
Fri Nov 21 2003

The kids had hoped to wake up to a winter wonderland this morning. While some of the snow remains, it is definitely melting at a slow and steady rate. There are continued rumors of the possibility of snow off and of today. Looking at the blue sky burning it's way through the morning fog though, I'm thinking probably not.

Today I will definitely be heading back to bed for a nap after the kids are off. Continued sleepless nights have me quite sleepy. Without a doubt it is nap time in about 10 minutes!

Guess there was an inch of snow on the farm this morning too. I flew up from sunny Sacramento to gray, rainy skies with snow in the hills. Right now it is 28 degrees and clear.
Darn it Alli, Survivor ran at 7 pm at my mom's house and I tuned in only to see Rueben saying his last words with the credits rolling by. I called up to Oregon and Brice said it was on early here too. Then, this afternoon he said it was on the right time, but by the time he noticed, it was half over so he didn't tape it! WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
But you're right, it is going to get interesting, I knew he would get voted off fairly soon.
