for my give a hoot.

I've got another test on Monday, and I just can't find the desire to do anything but crawl into bed and take a nap. I'm hoping since Hubby will be home tomorrow that we can go out and infuse myself with LOTS and LOTS of caffeine and not be suffused with apathy like I was today.

So, I was watching Peter Jennings tonight on the news. The story I got a chuckle out of was titled something like The Hogwards Headache, can you read so much it hurts?

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH!

OK, outside of what the news story was actually about... reading to the point of eyestrain and a killer headache, oh yea it can hurt. There is always the point that if you are sitting or laying around reading, you are not out being active and keeping healthy.

Don't get me wrong, reading is not a bad thing. I think reading is one of the most wonderful things to do in your spare time. But, it is also important to get out and live instead of reading about it. I guess it all comes back to that whole moderation thing. Everything is good in moderation.

Although I'm still not convinced that applies to chocolate.

I feel awash with apathy again. I think I'll go take a nap until Survivor starts.

Oooh... an attack of apathy and naps - I know all about that one. Have experienced it a few times during the semester - not a fun place to be. You're tired and have no motivation so you want to nap, but you've constantly got this miniature you on your shoulder telling you about the various things you need to be doing.

I hope the combination of caffeine and hubby do the trick for you! Best wishes.

    Peace, ~~bythesea
