Taking full advantage of our retirement schedule (a.k.a. no daily schedule), Hubby and I went down to the hangar to start organizing uniforms that we use to issue to the cadets in our volunteer organization.
We volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol, the official auxiliary of the Air Force. We have a small inventory of donated uniforms which we try to outfit new cadets in so their parents have that much less that they have to purchase.
We spent the morning organizing them by size, and came home once it started to get too warm to continue. Funny how a metal building under the beating sun can heat up rather quickly! LOL
We will be back to hopefully finish out task tomorrow morning, again until it gets too warm. We will see from there if and how many more days we will need to work on this project.
The rest of the day was fully embracing the Lazy Days of Summer philosophy.
