I tweaked my lower back stretching this afternoon, so no running today.

Why do I get the feeling I maybe need to dial back even further and just spend every day for two weeks or so walking a few miles just to get my body used to the idea I'm going to make it be more active than it's been for the last 15 or so years?

    You probably are making your body do more than it wants to. Yes, indeed, slow but sure works best.

    Besides, walking is good for you.
