The Knee, Continued

While it is feeling much better, my knee is still tweaking occasionally. The pain is, for the most part gone, but if I walk with putting my whole weight on it the kneecap feels like it is trying to dislocate itself. I guess the crutches will be a part of my life for at least a while longer.

I have the MRI today at noon, then I get to wait to hear from the doc (3 to 5 business days) as to what it shows. Yippie.

I'm not too fond of this whole waiting thing. Or this whole crutches thing.

    I hope you find out soon what is going on and get on the road to fixing it!

    I understand your pain. I had two different surgeries due to dislocating knee. Two more after due to injuries. DO what they say.. exercises and all. I hope you have a speedie recovery.

    I hope you get answers soon. I'm with you in that I don't wait well. Not in the long-term and not in the short-term. For the short I keep a book in my purse ALWAYS just in case I have to wait in line at the bank or at a railraod crossing (yeah, it's THAT bad). For the long, I keep a voodoo doll, that way I can stick a pin in the @ss of whomever is keeping me waiting for days and days. If I'm in pain, then so are they *giggles*.

    Time does have a way of passing, even when you're waiting impatiently. I do hope the knee mends while you take good care of it. Like, no stress!!!
