Go Me!
Mon Oct 09 2006

My grades are in and I got another A! I had only expected a B or so based on how I felt I did on the homework and tests, but I was wrong!

This is one of the few times I will say that I'm glad I was wrong!

I'm still feeling cruddy, hopefully I will start to feel better soon. I'm sick of being sick! It's also a bummer when I see the rest of the family have the same cold, and they are over it in about 3 or 4 days, but it seems to linger for me. I've only had it for 6 days, but there is no doubt in my mind that I'm still going to be couging 10 days from now. That is how it always seems to go with me and colds.

Time to pump more vitamin C into my system.

*hands you a hot whiskey* Guaranteed to kill all germs or make you at least not care that they are possessing you at the present time like little viral vampires

This is a beautiful site. I really love Fall colors.

Congrats on your grade. You earned it.

Sorry 'bout the cough. I know how miserable it can be. Hope you feel better a whole lot sooner!

Your suggestion about crating the cat is worth a try. Might take several tries with Banshee, since he's already had several experiences with the carrier. Just before her next visit, I'll try it with Missy. And then again on the day we go.

    Shalom

I hope you get to feeling better soon, having a never-ending cough is nasty business. Bleh.

I know how you feel, sorta. The kittens are sick at the shelter, and it's sticking around. Try giving 22 pills. Twice a day. At least you don't have claws to use on anyone. ;-)

I'm liking the theme! Very nice, especially the background.

Hmmmm.... interesting idea. I don't know how drought tolerant that plant is. It LOOKS a lot like dichondra too. Thanks for the tip.

I will scout around and see if anyone carries it here.

And come to think of it, mint in any form would be a good choice. It can't take over because of the house foundation and the fence.

I talked to a gardener friend and we decided that putting in some Jasmine and a Virginia Creeper might do nicely for the fence.

So many choices!!! I might have to put them ALL in and see what takes to the spot.

    ;-)

I accidentally posted this comment to my own diary.... I think I need a nap and it's only 10:30 in the morning!!! ;-))))

Congrats and I hope you start to feel better soon. I had that crap a few weeks ago and it wasn't fun.
