Not A Good Sign

The house across the street from me is a rental, and has been empty for a LOOOOOOONG time. That is the only reason I can see for the landlords and/or rental company letting the kids that just moved in have the house.

I met the boys day before yesterday, they described themselves as just out of high school, and while they don’t look older than #1 and #2 I would guesstimate them somewhere between 18 and 20.

I’m not sure what they do for a living, two kids renting a 4000 square foot house that has a $2300/month rent. I guess their parents must be helping them, or they are working REALLY good jobs. I’m not sure about that though as one of the young men explained to me that he was going back to school this fall (and he proudly informed me he would be going to a local vo-tech).

I just overheard one of the boys talking on his cell phone sitting out on his front porch, telling whoever was on the other end of the line to either “bring money, alcohol or a single girl to the party tonight.”

Why do I have the feeling I’m going to be calling 911 tonight?

    My suggestion would be to put 911 on speed dial because methinks you might be using it frequently over the next few months.

    RYC: During my first pregnancy, I was taken off salt, and have never really acquired a taste for salty food, except Pringles. I *try* to keep that at a minimum.

    I absolutely hate motorcycles. Scared of them. I have a neighbor with a motorcycle, but his is very quiet. Thankyou!
