Once again, my crockpot did it's work today on our front porch. I found a different recipe involving cabbage, so out on the porch it went.
For this recipe, slice up red cabbage & dump it in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour a jar of grape jelly and a jar of salsa over the cabbage, place your kielbasa on top of that and cook it on low for 8 to 10 hours.
If I make this in the future, I need to make sure to use a smaller jar of jelly! It was a bit too sweet for my taste, despite using a low-sugar jelly. Otherwise it was yummy!
