Pooped Pup?
Mon Sep 26 2005

No, pooped Mommy.

Shelby and I just got back from our first walk of the day.  It was 3 piddles and 2 piles long.  That translates to just shy of 3 miles by human standards.  I'm ready for a rest and she wants to wrestle and play tug-o-war with a sock one of the kids left on the floor last night.  I put her in her crate with a teething bone and that seemed to be a good compromise for her.

I've got some running around to do after the banks and my insurance office opens up for the day, so I don't want to keep her crated for too long right now.  She will be there long enough when I run errands.

Are they really old enough to get a permit ? I thought you had to be 15 1/2 if your not enrolled in a drivers education class. Are they really that old already? Where has the time gone.

That is a good incentive .. better than I ever got..
A pt cruiser.. cool.. I want one..
Also you know if the kids keep a b or better grade pt average, insurance gets a 20% deduction in price.. I found that out when GS was getting his license.
    so.. stick to those rules
    Good luck
The parent teachers week is the end of this week for me.. According to the counselor I'm working with, GS has not been to a class often enough to have anything passing..
    :(
He has been offered a thousand $$ to graduate high school
My grandpa gave me $500 when I graduated.. and I thought .. with inflation.. I can't keep up with real inflation .. but a grand is something I can do..
    so....
    We'll see

RYC: TY. Somewhere in the back of my pea brain I wondered if that was Shania because of the catchy tune thing. The song pretty much sums up my trip to Vegas and my return home *sigh*

Have you ever heard of these cooking parties where you get together and cook everything for a week.. then you freeze the fixins and .. you have the entire weeks cooking basically done?
Well, my sister did that and yesterday we had the Mandrin chicken with rice entry.. it was really good. she grilled the chicken.. and mixed some nice herbs and seasoning with the cut up chicken and we had it on brown rice.. man it was good
I know you are a good cook.. have you ever heard of that group?? there are a couple of them.. can't remember the name...

Caramel apple pie?! I"m going to drown in my drool!

You bought a PT Cruiser? I see a lot of those around here. Funny looking cars. Do they get good gas mileage?

My grandson and I used to go to CAP meetings. I was about to go into Search and Rescue training when G decided he didn't want to do it any more. Had a very bad Lieutenant. I still have his uniform.

*LOL* Glad to see the pup is finally worn out. But just think. In another 4 hours or so (I'm assuming) she'll be awake and ready to go again!

Hope the New Car Incentive works!

OH, that little girl is showing her breeding. It must have been a joy to watch her.

Yes, a weary pup is nice at the end of the day.
