Flood Donations & Allstate Insurance Company

I don't know if it is the entire company or just the office I do business with, but Allstate is accepting donations for the flood relief that they will be passing on to the Red Cross, and they will be matching dollar for dollar for the donations.

Does Allstate rock or what?

I’m sure there are other companies doing this, but I haven’t come across them yet.

    Actually, I have seen the list. CNN posted it on their website. I was very happy to see that my own company, FedEx (well, FedEx Kinko's) has agreed to airlift all aid resources being donated. And the FedEx Kinko' are trying to get at least internet connection back up at their stores so that the aid organizations can have better communications. That's not including the aid they're putting together for their own employees down there.

    I hope all the companies are at least doing that much. If every company can help their employees plus a little extra, alot will get done.

    Good for Allstate!! It's nice to see large companies lending a helping hand.
