Chomping At The Bit
Tue Jul 12 2005

That would be #2. He is definitely feeling his oats this morning, and can’t do anything about it.

He did manage to crawl around the living room and straighten it up, and I perched him on the couch with laundry to fold, and that at least gave him something to do for a while. Now he is “pacing” on his crutches.

I’ve told the boys that when they are done with their chores, we will go to the library. #2 has finished his chores and is anxious for his brothers to do the same. Unfortunately, his brothers feel no sense of urgency to do this.

I suspect it will be a LOOOOOOONG few weeks while #2 recuperates.

Poor boy! This going to be tough on both of you. But he's going to develop some shoulder and arm muscles while he's on the crutches. Does that help any?

We had a big trampoline when my kids were young.. Once Kody's (GS) dad bounced me so high on that thing.. I almost had a heart attack.. He made it taunt just as I came down.. and up I went

It is a wonder I lived through those years.. I gave the tramp to my oldest granddaughter when my kids both left home.. and I sold my house..
but.. I wish I had it back. it was fun.. and the kids also used it to sleep on in the summer
    :)
Hope #2 heals up quick.. GS seems to mend awfully fast!
He came home last night with skateboard road rash
