Chatting with a 14 year old boy is something that definitely kept me awake.
We talked about his grades. I’ve never seen him as serious as he was for this conversation. I think yesterday was a shock to he and #1. They now realize that Hubby and I weren’t just trying to blow smoke up their southernmost orifice regarding their grades. I’m hoping they both are able to get in gear now regarding school.
I had planned on putting my veggies in today. I’ve got compost to work into the garden, and the seeds all lined up and ready to go.
Then I looked out the window. Boy I hope the weather clears up SOON!
Meanwhile I will be working on homework today. I have my English paper to finish and a Power Point presentation to put together for my Computer class. Oh, and laundry to do. Yippie!
The Survivor finale is tonight, and Hubby is bummed that he will be missing it. I have the VCR set and ready to tape it. Barring any actions from the kids playing with it, I should have Survivor taped and ready for Hubby to watch when he gets home. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for Rupert, but unless he wins immunity I suspect he will be the next voted off.
