Final Day
Thu Mar 04 2004

I've got my final coming up at 11:20 this morning. I'm hoping to get the kids out the door, jump in and out of the shower and then have a few hours of uninterrupted review time.

The telephone tends to be my enemy in the mornings. Between friends, family and telemarketers the phone has the tendency to ring off the hook.

Unplugging it is foremost on my mind at this point.

Well, that and finding caffeine.

You still have to deal with evil telemarketers? Didn't you sign up for the do not call registry?
donotcall.gov I think it is. Either that or .org. I forgetted! :)
My life is SO much more peaceful since those bastards stop calling the house 24 hours a day! It got so bad that I'd cringe at the sound of the phone ringing.
They don't call here any more though. *evil giggle* And I likes it dat way! LOL!

Thanks for your sweet compliment about my diary. I probably would have been done with it so much sooner, but my computer was moving VERY slowly. May have helped if I had rebooted before getting started on such a project, but since when do I think ahead?!?!? Not in this lifetime! LOL!

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!! I'm crossing my fingers for you!

At first I felt sorry for Sue. I thought perhaps something happened in her past that caused her to flip out the way she did. But then when she was going on about how her husband was her only sexual experience....well my eyebrow started to rise and the whole thing just seemed, I dunno.....extremely overdramatized?????????? lol

Especially when we heard after the challenge that she is planning to sue him. Well you can't sue someone without proof that you were traumatized. I guess she has her proof with the show. Gimme a break!
I had to agree with Kathy this ONE time. Sue did over react in a very uncomfortable way and I didn't blame her for feeling disgusted with the whole display of rage.
I never did see the first season of Survivor, so I don't know how hot-headed Sue is. But it seems that having someone who gets THAT angry would be a dangerous situation.

I wouldn't want some barfy man who's naked getting near me either, but times like that, you just do what you said...ooooops, did I just elbow you there? MY BAD! LOL!

Sounds like you did well on the test. Taking on such a task as a college math class is way out of my league....but something I need to face if I plan on improving myself and my situation. I'm still crossing my fingers for you! :)

Which Disney movie was it? And aren't the boys getting a little old for cartoons? (Tell 'em I said that.)

We should start an insomniac's support group!

Although to be honest, mine usually coincides with monthly cycles, so I could only attend one week out of the month :-)))

    Want to be secretary?

I am sure after all that prep you did just fine on the test. The part that has me perplexed is the psycho bitch from hell business. I have NEVER needed a reason to act that way. It is just in my nature *prances off laughing*

Hi, I am a big fan of survivor.

I have big sympathy for Sue. I understand how humiliating it must be to have seen Richard Hatch like that. Since the camera blocked the view, there was no way for us to know if Hatch was doing something to Sue. It gets even worse, when no one there thought that it was sexually abusive and everyone doesn't understand her.

I believe Sue would feel better if someone there had some empathy for her. If her first experience was with her husband, it means she doesn't ever want to be sexually exploited by another guy. Ex-virgins are very sensitive about this kind of issue. The only person they allow to touch in a sexual way is their husband.

I taped that episode of Survivor and rewound the tape several times trying to see what exactly happened. I couldn't see anything except to hear Jeff say "Oh comeon now..." So, when this episode aired and she freaked, I was trying to figure out why. Personally, I wouldn't want to do challenges with a naked anyone. At least Richard was voted off, but Sue definitely has an anger issue.
