Phool proof plan

Hubby and I are giving the kids time to miss the bus before we take off for the morning. If we leave before their bus comes we guarantee that they will miss it and come home looking for us to take them to school. It should be just a few more minutes before they climb on and we know they are safely on their way.

We will be going in to Hubby's work for a few hours today. Hubby will be catching up on some items that have been waiting 3 weeks for him to return, and I will be doing homework. While at Hubby's work, there is not the lure of the internet, the demands of laundry and dishes, or the interruption of the phone. I should get a good bit done before we come back home.

Officially Hubby is off for the rest of the week, but being the work-a-holic he is, he can't stay away from the call of his To Do list for that long. This way, we kind of get to spend time together this morning while we each take care of the things that are screaming to be taken care of.

This is the last school day of the week for the kids, and we're not sure what we're going to do with them tomorrow. We only know of one doc appointment in the morning, and nothing else for the day. I'm sure something will jump in front of us and say Do Me!.

That came out wrong. Well, you get the idea.
