Maybe a mattress tester? Guinea pig for a new medication to promote sleep? I could do it. No problem!
I think I have figured out why I have difficulties sleeping at night. Seldom a night goes by when one or more of the kids either fake falling asleep until they think I'm asleep, or wake up in the middle of the night, then get up and get into things I would rather they not get into. I think I've subconsciously conditioned myself to not fall asleep because I don't trust the kids to stay in bed and out of trouble. Fortunately I have little or no problems falling asleep during the day after the kids get off to school. I can fall asleep and stay asleep without no fuss. The only thing that wakes me up is the alarm clock or the phone when one of the kids have troubles at school.
OK, I guess I've avoided doing laundry long enough. Time to face sorting, washing and folding. Yippie.
