Tale of Two Brothers
Sat Jan 10 2004

It was the best of times; it was the worst of times. OK, it was the worst of times.

#2 managed to sleep in until 10:30 this morning, which shocked me. He is usually up around 7 or so. #1, who usually sleeps in as long as he can, was up early. It seems the wind has changed directions and they are flipping traits again.

Keeping them apart this morning has been a challenge to say the least. Individually they are fine as far as behavior goes this morning. But get them together and the fireworks explode. I don't know what has gotten into them this morning. #3 stayed the night with a friend last night, so at least I don't have the conflicts caused by the three together to contend with.

Right now I'm working on keeping them separated by having them do their chores. I'm hoping by the time they are done, their meds will have kicked in enough to let them be in the same room as each other without going at each other.

A Mom can hope can't she?

Stop laughing.

In answer to your last question, it's because he originally recorded that song before his voice was mature. He's been performing for *that* long i suppose, lol.

Anyway, now you've gotten me singing that song. I'm gonna need to pop that cd in now. See what you've done?

*sings off key* Picture show, second balcony, was the place we'd meet, second seat...

    The blue is MUCH better.
Peter and I have wanted to go on wine tours. Peter read the Wines for Dummies book and recommends it. We used to belong to a wine club. We would get two selections each month along with the history of each and a recipe that complemented the wine. If we liked one we could order more. We found one that we LOVED so much we got an entire case of bottles. I wish I could get that wine again but knowbody sells it around here. I've been thinking about joining again. They stopped delivery to Washington State for a while. Now it must be signed for by an adult.
