I heard a short time ago that my school is cancelled for tonight, which is a relief for me. I hate driving in this stuff. Like I said before, I can and do drive in it, but I hate it. I just don't trust other drivers. Since I have to get on the freeway to go anywhere I need to go, I hate trying to drive with the big trucks whipping past the smaller vehicles creating mini-blizzards for any vehicle shorter than they are.
I'm waiting to hear from Hubby now, hoping he will be getting home at a decent hour today. I'm going to try to talk him into us doing a Costco run tonight for dinner. There are some things I want to try to find there that can wait, but I don't want to cook dinner tonight. Costco hot dogs are a favorite of the kids, and a relief for me to not hear them complain about not liking what I cook.
