Situation Normal
Tue Dec 16 2003

I almost have to laugh about this.

On mornings I plan to let the kids sleep in an extra half hour or so, they wake up with no problem about 45 minutes before I planned to wake them up. On mornings we have an appointment and I need them up and going quickly, they are slower than mud.

I think kids DEFINITELY have a "frustrate your parents" gene that is active until they move out. And then sometimes for even longer.

    *begins to sing*
"Money makes the world go around
    The world go around,
    The world go around,
Money makes the world go around
It makes the world go 'round.

    A mark, a yen, a buck, or a pound
    A buck or a pound
    A buck or a pound
Is all that makes the world go around,
    That clinking clanking sound
Can make the world go 'round."

Why do I have your email address in my address book, but I'm not on your Notify list? Hmmmm? Must do something about that.

About your #1 defending himself I totally agree with you. The school is wrongwrongwrong. Too bad about the kid with the broken hand, but he did it to himself. And he's not suspended? I'd take it to the School Board.
