Where is a herding dog when you need one?
Sun Sep 14 2003

I'm trying to get the kids going in one direction, which is to get ready for church. It is laughable to say the least.

What is it about 13 year old boys that makes them not want to go to church to the point the all but hold their breath until they turn blue? In my kids case I suspect it might be guilt. How would you like to go into God's house knowing what your behavior has been like recently?

Of course I may be wrong.

I doubt it.

You might be onto something there with the herding dog idea. There's not that much use for them with sheep now but maybe for in-home herding. It could be a million dollar idea.

Speaking from my own experience. Church is actually HELL for anyone with ADD. TO have to sit and be still and quiet simply makes your brain go nuts with any distraction it can find to keep you feeling like your moving. You don't hear what is being said. Your mind won't let you listen. It is too busy searching for things to keep you from screaming about feeling trapped.

Oh yea, Survivor! Lol, I think they leave the boat with nothing but whatever they're wearing. That's what I've heard. Can't wait! *rolls eyes*
