I spent the day shopping! I didn't actually buy much, but I am now much more familiar with the inventory of several local stores.
I spent most of my time at Lowes (like Home Depot) and have chosen the 'maters & peppers I'm going to get as soon as I have the containers to put them in. Now I just need to wait until payday to go get the containers. Fortunately payday is Thursday, so I don't have to wait long!
I also spent a good amount of time today thinning out some of the veggies. Taking all of the tiny plants that were thinned out, rinsing them off and using them to munch on this afternoon was bliss. Teeny tiny carrots & raddishes are so much more sweet and tender than when they are actually ready to harvest!
