As Beth accurately pointed out, it is the quadrants that are counter clockwise. I just left that tidbit out when I hurried through my entry so I wouldn't be late picking #3 up from school!
As for giving up all things French, it is the fries and toast I will miss. ;^P
I know… I know, they aren’t really French. The funny thing is, one of the local restaurants here changed their menu, and French Fries are now Freedom Fries.
