Monday Morning
Mon Nov 04 2002

I think it should be legal for parents to use electric cattle prods on their children on Monday mornings.

I know that it is just as difficult for the adults to get up and motivated on Mondays, but kids (at least mine) seem to take it to the extreme. Once I do get them out of bed and moving, things usually go fairly smoothly. I did learn my lesson last January about how NOT to get the kids out of bed. Although it is tempting to use that method on the more difficult mornings.

For now I will stick to acting like a mad woman and following them around until they are ready to go out the door, and then go back to bed... OK, maybe not today.

    Here's an idea....

Get the kid's phone number and call his house asking to speak to him. When you get ahold of him tell him you'll tell his parents what he did if he doesn't stop.

Makes for a quick ending if they've had the fear of God put in 'em.

I absolutely loathe bullying - it is basically the worst way for one to express that he/she does not like him/herself. After all if one were pleased with him/herself he wouldn't resort to making anyone else's life hell.

I really do hope #2 has this situation sorted out for him.

    Take Care,
    Saturnity

Sign me up for a house like that too!
RE the dog food---there are just three brands I pick up at Costco that sell well, the rest I get delivered. I actually don't mind picking it up because I grocery shop at Costco too. Thanks for the site, I will check it out.
