Like most men, I'm sure he would appreciate a lap dance, but I just don't see that fitting into a wholesome family Christmas morning around the tree. I'll have to arrange a more... appropriate time for that.
Power tools are always a good bet. I think there even might be one or two he doesn't yet own. If I discover I'm wrong, I can play it safe and go with a cordless drill. A reliable source (a former co-worker who is male) told me a man can never have enough cordless drills.
Electronics are also a safe gift. I don't think my Hubby could ever have enough electronic devices. He has been drooling over wireless routers and hubs lately. There is always the guaranteed success with memory for his computer. He has also been drooling over a Bose sound system that, size wise, is more workable in our current home. That one I see as being somewhere in the more distant future though.
All this, of course, is dependant on us having $$ to spend on gifts. The rumor du jour is we might possibly see some of the back pay by November 8th. As the rumors change on a daily basis, I'm not holding my breath or believing it until I see it in the bank.
Push comes to shove, I fall back on a batch of Nestle Toll House Cookies.
