...and my kids don't seem to get it the first time!

#2 wanted shrimp for dinner, and there is a pound of it in the freezer. He did not understand why I would not let him eat the entire pound for his dinner.

Monday's tend to be "do it yourself" night as between Hubby's school and Tae Kwon Do for #2 & #3 the evening is quite hectic. I am always sure to have lots of left overs and the fixin's for Hoagies.

While the kids are heading for Hoagies and Mac & Cheese, I am eyeballing the left-over trout with anticipation for my turn at the microwave....

    A -pound- of shrimp! Oh, my! So far my little guy is satisfied with a slice of cheese and half a piece of bread. I'm not looking forward to his cleaning-out-the-fridge days. :)
