As an effect of my depression, I have a very difficult time falling asleep at night. Typically I am up until anytime between 11:30 and 2 am. I have to get up at 6 to get the kids ready for school. You would think that just from being exhausted I would be able to fall asleep earlier the next day? Nope.
About once a week I get sick of being tired and take a nap. For whatever reason, during the day when no one is home I am able to fall asleep with no problems.
Well, last night I was sick of not being able to sleep, so I had a few glasses of wine. Three to be exact. A 32oz cup is still considered a glass isn't it? I felt REAL good last night, relaxed and ready to fall asleep.
It was quite nice to get more sleep than usual. I don't plan on making that a habit, hopefully my sleep patterns will go back to normal after the Welbutrin gets a better hold on my system!
