OK, FINALLY got the network connection behaving itself. Internet however is continuing to have a bad hair day.

Oh, Frannie, yes I may be help desk, but if I can't get to the application to submit a ticket to the technicians, I am a fish out of water. LOTS of fun being a 20 minute drive away from the technicians that support you.....NOT.
