We took Grandson to the beach for a mid-week escape from the heat. Three days at the seaside was quite refreshing!
Pool time factored largely in how much he enjoyed the vacation, he is a total Water Baby. Getting him out of the pool proved to be a challenge, and I’m not going to deny that the promise of chocolate chip cookies factored into our success in that venture.
Went to the Air & Space Museum on the way home, and he was amazed by all the different planes. I do need to remember next time to make sure he doesn’t have sugar before going to a museum…
