No loss this week, but no gain either, so that's positive.
I'm a pound and a half shy of my 50 pound mark, and am beyond thrilled that I've made it this far! I still have 30 pounds to go, and only 3 weeks left on the plan, so I still have work ahead of me.
I'm hoping my determination and the things I've learned while on the plan will keep me on the weight loss path.
