Hubby and I have decided to try this together, a complete lifestyle change.

The plan is called 3010 Weight Loss for life. It's a diet combined with counselling and hypnotherapy.

We started last Tuesday, and as of this morning Hubby is down 5 pounds and I am down 8 pounds. A very encouraging start!

I recognize that my weekly loss will decrease after the first week or two, and the program advertises that I should average out to 3 pounds a week.

Hubby only has about 20 pounds to lose, so his program is anticipated to last 6 weeks. I have more than that, and they anticipate it should take about 26 weeks for me to lose all that they have recommended that I lose.
