I know, boring topic, but....
Did you know that on November 9, there will be a nationwide test of the Emergency Broadcast System? At 2:00 Eastern Standard Time (USA) all television, radio and other public lines of communication will be tested?
Apparently there is some concern by authorities that people may not hear the "this is only a test" portion of the audio, and after flipping through channels believe that there is an actual emergency. So... just so you know, this is only a test! LOL
