Several days ago, I slept wrong and woke up with a crick in my neck. It got progressively worse until by Thursday I could not turn my head at all.
I saw a chiropractor Friday, C3 and C4 were slipped out of place, and the nerve in C3 was pinched. He performed some torture techniques on me, and after icing the heck out of it last night and continuing my 800mg/4 hour Ibuprofen habit, my neck is starting to feel better today.
He was only able to manipulate C3, so I go back Monday for him to perform more torture techniques and make me feel even better. Until then I will proceed with the ice/ibuprofen routine, and plan to not do much of anything to provoke it into causing me more pain!
