LOTR, Return of the King
Sat Dec 20 2003

I think Hubby summed it up when afterwards he said that with all the hype, he had expected to be disappointed like we were with both the Matrix movies. He wasn't though. He really liked the movie. Now I'm going to try to convince him to read the book. I think the only way that will happen is if I read it with the boys and he happens to be in the room while I'm reading.

#2 had a great comment. His was talking about the scene where "That Hot Babe Killed The Bad Dude", and commented "Don't mess with girls!"

It was a great movie, and one we will definitely be purchasing when it comes available on DVD.

I have heard lots of good things about the movie too. Ashley is seeing it with her bf's family Sunday night. She is a bit worried about making it thru three and a half hours.

And just think: the extended version is going to add at least another hour to it, with Saruman included! Is that going to be awesome or what?

Sounds like they're taking the news well. (grin)

For the record, I still think you're nuts.

    Hi Alli :)
Thanks for visiting my diary and for signing my guestmap too. I'm sorry the pics weren't happening then; they are now, so hope you'll pop in again to see them. *smile* I hope that you and your family have a happy Christmas, a lovely holiday and lots of good times to come in 2004. It was good to see your pic of Hugh Jackman, isn't he beautiful, lol. I saw him first some years ago, in his first TV series. He met his wife, Deborah Furness, when they worked together in that show, which was called "Corelli" I've watched his career bloom since then with great pleasure. Ok, once again i wish you a peaceful, safe and happy holiday,
Take care and 'bye for now, Kelpie.
