Did 2 miles tonight, and my foot is less thatn happy about this. It'll be OK though, it hurts slightly less each day.
Right now I'm sitting with my foot on an ice bag, my laptop on my lap and my third glass of water at my side. Do I know how to live it up or what?
The no-sugar ice cream is calling my name, but I'm resisting quite successfully if I do say so myself!
