Just because I ride in a vanpool with you, does NOT mean that I am your own personal IT support.

I really wish we did not have to give our fellow riders our phone number in case of emergency. There is nothing like getting a call on a weekend, or while I'm at work, asking for me to help them solve their home computer problems.

    Try being married to a computer whiz. I am nearly an idiot when it comes to computers. All the time I get people afraid to ask the husband questions but more than happy to ask me to solve their computer troubles. I always explain that they are asking the person who thinks the computer is a glorified box with pretty lights.

    One idea is to ask for a credit card number, and only will information be provided after you receive verification of your fee has been paid in full.
