Not Funny

I'm not laughing. I want to know who ordered up all this snow, and I demand they take it back. Where do they think we are... Minnesota? Seriously folks, this is Washington. We don't DO snow for more than a few hours. A couple days at most.

We woke up to about 8 inches of snow this morning, and in the last 4 hours or so we've gotten about 2 more inches. Now, for those of you in the midwest, northeast, Alaska and Canada who are saying "pffft, two inches. No biggie." This is not your location. It snows around here and everything closes down.

Except McDonalds. Major businesses and mass transit close down, but those teenagers at McDonalds seem to be able to get to work in order to provide us with our early morning Egg McMuffin and coffee.

I can't watch it snow any longer. I'm going to bed and hope that I wake up to find it was all a dream and it is actually 75 degrees and sunny out tomorrow.

it's not we or us, it's mememememememmemememememe and no people that name their kids the same names ashley, kaitlyn, or jennifer, and talk about over and over but nothing comes of it, it's just talk over and over, don't say anything, you will be ostracized for it whatever that means, well, it means you won't get anywhere talking to a wall

I hate to tell you this, but Megan and family are probably having a ball.

Weird, weird, weird! Global warming is supposed to be happening. Warming, Well, I hope you can wake up to 75 degrees.

I'll be most happy to trade weather with you ;). I don't mind the snow but we've had a lot of ice, freezing rain (yes, that is actually different than ice), rain, freezing fog and and and.

Today for example. We got an inch of snow this morning. Around noon we got sleet. Then freezing rain and now rain that is freezing since the temp has dropped. Getting out my back door is impossible because there's half an inch of ice on the stoop and steps and I don't know where my ice skates are *sigh*
