Car Features

This rental car has an interesting feature. If the radio is playing, it gets louder when the car is in motion, and softer when the car is stopped.

While this sounds like an intersting feature, it's a pain in the butt. If you have the volume loud enough to listen to while stopped, it blares WAY too loud when you start moving. If it is loud enough to hear while you are driving, it is WAY too soft to hear when you are stopped.

I need to remember to be sure whatever car I buy in the future does NOT have this feature!

    That's such a silly feature, isn't there a way to turn it off?

    Aaaahhhhhh, a little too smart for its own good it sounds. That feature *may* be handy if you can preset how quiet/loud you want it to go when you are stopped/moving.

    Ah well...we live and learn, don't we :)

    That IS annoying! I wonder what they market that feature as... Something with annoying in the title to be sure. Bleh!
