I went carousing for berries today, and came home with a flat of early blackberries, VERY early boysenberries, raspberries and apricots.
I’ve finished the batch of apricot jam, and will be doing apricot preserves tomorrow as well as the other jams.
All I can say is YUMMY!!!!!
