#1 has an ortho appointment today, then myself and all three kids have dentist appointments tomorrow morning. I’d better make sure their Game Boys all have good batteries in them!
The rest of the appointments trickle out between the first part of February and the last part of April. Oh what fun. Not. While I don’t mind taking someone to the doctor or dentist here and there, having one appointment a day for every day of a week sucks! The doctor is 13 miles away and the dentist is 15 miles away, so taking the kids to their appointments pretty much shoots any other possibilities for those days out of the water. Between picking the kids up at school, then getting to and from the appointment, I’m usually gone from the house between 2 and 4 hours.
OK, time to stop complaining about it and go pick up #1 for his torture … I mean orthodontist appointment. This will be painful to the pocket book also since he has to have a new retainer made.
