Done
Mon Dec 19 2005

Well, for better or worse, I'm done with my class. My test has been e-mailed to my teacher, and I'm done. I don't know when I will know what my grade is, I'll keep checking online until it is up.

I'm not holding my breath, but I will hope for the best.

I think I'm even done with my Christmas shopping. Maybe. I need to look over everything to double check, but I think just maybe I'm done with it.

Wow, this is a good day for being done! Of course, I won't know about the Christmas shopping stuff until I can look at everything tomorrow. I think Hubby might object to my waking him up to check everything out tonight.

Not Quite

I reviewed my Christmas list, and there are a couple things I still need to get for Hubby and the stocking stuffers. I also need to look at what we have to make sure there is equity between all the kids in the gift department. While it will seem like #2 is getting a lot, almost everything for him this year is equipment he needs for the Civil Air Patrol. #3 also has many Civil Air Patrol items under the tree as tonight was his first official night as a member.
The kids are going to get to "open" their first Christmas present tomorrow as Hubby and I can't figure out how to hide it from them. It is a pool table.

We have converted most of the garage into a recreation area for the kids (pictures will come when I find the camera), and this will out there for them. We also have the futon love seat, a TV with the video game stations, and all the board games out there for them.

The kids have been so excited since we started the conversion in the garage. It has been painted and Hubby and the twins put the carpet and pad down today. They can't wait to have their first shindig out in their new hang-out.

It's good to see you so accomplished this morning. I hope you did good on your test (I'm sure you did), and I hope you have a good day. I need to get a few more Christmas presents and then wrap them yet; it won't be too long and Christmas will be here. God bless.

Well now, that garage thing sounds like fun!

In my neighborhood there are several people who rig up a mini kitchen in their garage and cook out there in the summertime. Especially the Pakastani lady across the street. Yum! The smells that come out of that garage!
